selling

you're ready to move on!

*How much can you sell for?

*Should we list high?

*Should we move now or in the spring?

*What's the process of listing our home?

*How will you advertise?

I can answer all those questions and more!

Buy!

Buy!

Buy!

*cue some n'Sync circa 1999*

*did you know the seller pays for the

buyer's agent, not the buyer?

*did you know an agent can help even when buying from a box builder, you don't have to use their agent?

*did you know - I already know you're shopping the realtor.com app, so let's go see some houses!

We've all seen it. That house with ALL the stuff.

You know they will take it with them, but it's still weighing on your creative mind. You can't envision the perfect, modern leather sectional with the owners 10 oversized lazy-boys. Or the pantry packed like Santa's toy bag. Or the bedrooms with the oversize bed, dresser, armoire, night stands and reading nook, claiming 'you'll have so much storage'.

It's excessive and unnecessary. Buyers can't get past the clutter. While Grandma appreciates you displaying every quilt she hand stitched together - Grandma isn't buying your house.

As you stalk, I mean browse, you know which owners used their iPhone. {ever find a glimpse of a finger?} Does it instantly make you want to walk through that house? Or would you say you're more drawn to the IG worthy home photos?

Mmhmm, I hear you.

I've done photography all different ways - I take the pictures, clients take the pictures, professional takes the pictures.... professional pictures are always the way to go!!

I PAY FOR PROFESSIONAL PHOTOS.

This is the best way to get your home sold for top dollar.

Should I get a fireplace with a blower?

Basement with 9' ceilings?

Gray or white kitchen cabinets?

White subway or cream backsplash?

Gas or electrical stove top?

These are some recents questions I've been asked.
